We understand that picking the right size for your pup can be tricky. This is why we strongly recommend contacting us for sizing assistance before placing your order. Please also double-check your measurements as well as the width you’ve selected to ensure the best fit.

That said, we know mistakes can happen. We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we do not charge any restocking fees.

However, some items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes all sale items and any customized products.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
